If you need to cancel your appointment, you must give more than 24hours notice. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours from your appointment time, your deposit payment will be forfeited. If you are late by 15minutes or more you will still lose your deposit if you haven't made contact. I do not lash other salons work you will need to get a removal first. I book out appointments on a time slot for each service. I am always happy to reschedule your appointment but you will need to book online and pay a new deposit for your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment before the 24hours your deposit will be stored on your file to use but non refundable. Please understand I book out fast and by you cancelling your appointment last minute results in me being unable to fill the appointment time to someone who may have missed out and I would be at a loss.

Booking Fee

To secure your booking you will need to pay 50% of the service, this is a non refundable deposit and if rescheduling is made with more then 24 hours notice your booking fee will move to your new scheduled appointment. Less than 24hours notice will forfeit booking fee. You will receive confirmation text 48hours pre appointment allowing plenty of time to reschedule.

Liability

Please remember the chemicals used in all my products an soloutions could cause a reaction. If you are on any medications that can alter your blood or skin, or have allergies to any products you WILL react. If you are unsure please check or state under notes when booking. 

Standard reactions (redness) can occur up to 24-48hours post-treatment on some treatments. When booking in with Home Beauty you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of all Lashes, Brows, Waxing and Treatments. Aftercare advice will be given and forms to fill in pre booking for certain treatments to help figure out contra indications. 

Refund Policy

You are paying for my time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refund will be given for any reason on services or products. If you do have a reaction i will do a complementary removal unfortunately no refund is given as I  not responsible for how your body reacts. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 3 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. I do not take responsibility for any concerns addressed after the 72hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions

Health & Safety

Due to health and saftey reasons, I have the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if the client is sick to protect my health. As I am home based you are welcome to bring children that don't need your full attention (as your eyes will be closed ) but I have toys or tv available. The perks of being a home salon.

No Shows

No shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount which will need to be paid before returning, if appointment was made with no deposit you will be sent invoice via your email & will not be able to return until debt is paid. Please communicate with me.

Arrival

If you are more than 15minutes late to your appointment it can result in loss of appointment and forfeit of the deposit as we are a booking based system and don't want to be late for another client. Your payment must be paid before returning and will remain on your file.
